What we can do for you

Here are just 10 of the services you can access when you join over 600 other vehicle operators that trust Chartwise UK to keep them on the right side of the DVSA and the Traffic Commissioner.

  1. Regular analysis of tachograph and working time data – Depending on the size and specific requirements of your operation our team of analysts will check your data and provide reports on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
  2. Detailed drivers hours and working time reports – Get exclusive access to our full range of reports including driver infringement reports, 7 day duty analysis, working time reports, mileage reports and more.
  3. Tachograph and working time data archived for 24 months – Our system stores your data both on site and in the cloud for added security. To comply with regulations all data used for working time calculations must be kept for 2 years.
  4. Legislation updates – Our team of trainers are always attending various events and courses to keep their knowledge and skills up to date. As soon as we know that a change in legislation is coming you will know too.
  5. Regular compliance audits – The traffic commissioner and the DVSA like to see operators taking a proactive approach. All new clients are assessed with a compliance audit to see what services are required and then regular audits are scheduled to maintain compliance.
  6. Regular operator compliance refresher training – As legislation changes on a regular basis it is important that all operators and their team are kept up to date on a regular basis.
  7. Onsite support during DVSA inspections – It is inevitable that at some point the DVSA will come knocking on your door. Even if you have a fantastic OCRS they are required to monitor all operators and even knowing you are taking the required steps, this can still be a stressful experience. We make sure you have one of our team with you during the visit, giving you all the support and help you need.
  8. Annual driver CPC training – All drivers of vehicles over 3.5 tonnes are now required to complete 35 hours of driver CPC training every 5 years. We make sure all of your drivers stay qualified.
  9. Exclusive access to our specialist team – Our team of analysts, auditors and instructors have a wealth of experience that you can call on at any time.
  10. Access to a range of qualifications – As a training centre we are accredited to deliver a wide variety of qualifications such as driver CPC, first-aid at work, ADR, SAFED and even the upgrading of HGV licences.
