These simple terms refer specifically to the Online Training Courses provided by Chartwise (UK) Limited and are still subject to the general training terms and conditions.

Training Courses shall be scheduled by Chartwise to meet client demand and the schedule shall be posted  and made available to book on the company website. Chartwise reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course, although every effort will be made to avoid this situation.

In the event that a course is cancelled a full refund will be given if the course has not already started. In the event that a course has started but cannot be completed Chartwise reserve the right to supply a proportional refund or if the client agrees alternative dates selected to complete the course.
