COVID-19 (Coronavirus) - Latest Updates
Most Services Disrupted

Last updated: 14:42 – 27/03/20

Changes since last update:

  • All of our services are running as normal. Training courses are delivered in accordance with governmental social distancing guidelines. The office at Team Valley is open from 08:00 till 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Sources of Information:

When the first cases of Covid-19 were identified in the UK, our senior management team convened to monitor and review the situation and put in place specific measures to manage the resulting risks.

We are taking the following specific actions:

The main office has now closed – Key staff are now working from home

  • Wherever possible, we are offering client meetings “online” rather than face-to-face. We have systems in place to facilitate this both on a one to one basis and a group meeting.
  • Our team have been prepared to allow for remote working and access to all our systems, which allows us to react to and mitigate the risk of spread of the virus – (Update: The team are now all working remotely)
  • We are suspending our attendance at conferences and large events during March,April and May until we have more information on the spread of virus.
  • We are undergoing regular deep-cleaning and sanitisation of our office, meeting rooms, training rooms, training vehicles and all communal areas. This includes regular sanitisation of our payment terminal, driver card download station, water cooler and vending machine.
  • Colleagues returning from travel, either business or personal, from a high-risk area are being asked to work from home for 14 days irrespective of symptoms.

We have suitable systems in place to ensure the continuity of all services within our control however as some of our services rely on external awarding bodies we can only monitor the situation carefully.

As you are aware the government advice is changing on a daily basis so should the situation change we will update this page and notify you immediately. We believe the actions we have put in place are appropriate for the current levels of risk, however we will be reviewing these actions daily.
